Refund policy

Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted price (flash sales, discount codes, sale prices) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds. 

We want you to absolutely love your MODO BOUTIQUE purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items). Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. Once an order is completed either shipped by mail or ready for in store pick up  the order can not be canceled.

To start a return, you can contact us at modoboutiquemiami@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a store credit code,  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
